- 1/2 kilogram carrot
- 1/2 kilogram peas
- 4 clove garlic
- 2 inch ginger piece
- 1 big green chilli
- 1 teaspoon jeera
- 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- salt
- 2 tablespoon oil

Step 1
<a href="/8BSVY4LZ">Wash </a>and <a href="/RSDQ7YW8">peel </a>carrots , take out peas from pods <a href="/LTSH5D6W">, crus</a>h ginger and garlic<a href="/6L7QNTJV"> , ch</a>op green chillies .
Step 2
<a href="/XZFHRHHF">Heat </a>kadai add oil for 2 min then add jeer<a href="/DRM2WPZ4">a st</a>ir till crackle,
Step 3
Add ginger, garlic and green chilli in it<a href="/DRM2WPZ4"> stir</a> and add carrot and peas in it<a href="/7S3QCKWK"> mix</a> well
Step 4
Add all <a href="/RF7SRX43">dry </a>masala <a href="/7S3QCKWK">mix </a>and cook covered on medium <a href="/3J4YNDT6">flame </a>for 8 to 10 min all till done.
Step 5
<a href="/HZXPVMNR">Garnish </a>with <a href="/6L7QNTJV">chopped </a>green coriander leaves.
Step 6
