- 4 tablespoons sour cream or yogurt(optional)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil or ghee
- 2 teaspoons freshly ground coriander

- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 0.5 teaspoon turmeric
- 4 medium bananas, peeled & sliced
- 2-4 tablespoons water
- 2 teaspoons garam masala

Add coriander, <a href="/technique/DPSVTKVY/salt">salt</a>, paprika, and turmeric, and saut for about 10 seconds. Add bananas and saut until golden <a href="/technique/D434P8MH/brown">brown</a>, about 4 minutes, adding water if needed to keep from burning. 2. Just before <a href="/technique/Y6MVNCHX/serving">serving</a>, <a href="/technique/DRM2WPZ4/stir">stir</a> in garam masala. <a href="/technique/Y6MVNCHX/serve">Serve</a> with <a href="/technique/3JV6BKBV/sour">sour</a> <a href="/technique/R3P5MM3Z/cream">cream</a> or yogurt, if desired.
