- 1 stick unsalted butter, at room temperature (1/2 cup)
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

- 1/3 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 egg, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup bittersweet or dark chocolate chips
