- 2 pounds fresh white fish
- 1 1/2 null lemons
- 1 null white onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 tablespoons parsley
- 1/2 null red pepper
- 2 teaspoons mustard
- 1/2 cup natural yogurt
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- null null salt
- null null pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the fish and put lemon on it and let it rest

Sauce preparation:

Put the white onion, garlic, parsley, the red pepper, mustard, yogurt and olive oil in a blender and blend it until the sauce is smooth and thick.

Add salt and pepper to taste

Preheat the oven to 250 degrees

In a refractory container fill the bottom with the sauce

Put the fish on top of that and cover the fish with another layer of sauce.

Cover the fish with aluminum foil

Baked it for ½ hour
Step 10
Remove the aluminum foil and let the fish reach a golden finish

You can serve it with baked potatoes or salad
