Prima Taste Seafood Delight With Singapore Chilli Crab Sauce
1 box of Prima Taste Singapore Chilli Crab Sauce
12 medium Prawns
2 beaten Eggs
2 sprigs of Thyme leaves (optional)
500 ml Water
1 tbsp Oil
Prepare seafood for cooking. Fry the paste with oil, and add prawns first.
Throw in the rest of the seafood and add 470 ml of water. Mix Chilli Crab Premix with 30 ml water in a bowl and add to seafood. Cover and simmer till shellfish opens. Discard unopened ones.
Turn off fire and pour in beaten eggs and thyme.
Mix well and serve your Seafood Delight with fragrant rice or bread!
It's almost fail-proof with their cooking instructions on the package, although I've made some revisions.
I added prawns, mussels, clams and squids to the ready-made sauce, tossed in beaten eggs, and out popped a delicious Seafood Delight With Singapore Chilli Crab Sauce!
