Ingredients

  • 10 ounces salmon filets
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, shredded with a fine shredder
  • 1/2 tablespoon ginger, shredded with a fine shredder
  • 6 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, shredded with a fine shredder
  • 1/2 tablespoon ginger, shredded with a fine shredder
  • cooking spray

Instructions

1

Step 1

Spray a large piece of foil with cooking spray and place salmon filets on top. Spread with 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce, 1 clove of garlic and 1/2 tablespoon of ginger. Grill indirectly for 10 – 15 minutes (depending on how thick your filets are) with the grill lid closed until salmon just flakes at the thickest part. Do not over cook or your salmon will be dry.

Step 2

While salmon is cooking, heat a non-stick skillet over medium high heat and add water. Place broccoli florets in the skillet with ginger and garlic. Saute until broccoli is just crisp-tender and most of the water has evaporated. Add hoisin sauce and toss to coat broccoli.
