- Onion, chopped
- Lettuce
- 1 Egg
- 1/4 cup Flour
- 1/2 cup Vinegar
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 2 cups Water
- 1/2 pound Bacon

Break up the lettuce and onion, place them in a serving bowl, and set aside.

To prepare the dressing, cook the bacon in a pan. Drain any excess fat, then add water to the pan with the cooked bacon.

In a separate mixing bowl, mix together sugar, vinegar, flour, and egg until well combined.
