  • 2 cup 100% Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/4 cup Salt
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 3/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 whole Eggs, beaten
  • 2 1/3 cup Mashed overripe bananas
  • 1 ounce Xocai Activ Powder
  • 3 chunk Xocai X Power Squares, chopped
  • 2 chunk Xocai Omega Squares, chopped

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Lightly grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.

In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt.

In a separate bowl, cream together the butter and brown sugar.

Stir in the beaten eggs and mashed bananas until well blended.

Stir in the Xocai Activ Powder, Xocai X Power Squares, and Xocai Omega Squares.

Stir the banana mixture into the flour mixture; stir just enough to moisten.

Pour the batter into the prepared pan.

Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean.
