- 2 cup 100% Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/4 cup Salt
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 3/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 whole Eggs, beaten
- 2 1/3 cup Mashed overripe bananas
- 1 ounce Xocai Activ Powder
- 3 chunk Xocai X Power Squares, chopped
- 2 chunk Xocai Omega Squares, chopped
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2
Lightly grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
Step 3
In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt.
Step 4
In a separate bowl, cream together the butter and brown sugar.
Step 5
Stir in the beaten eggs and mashed bananas until well blended.

Stir in the Xocai Activ Powder, Xocai X Power Squares, and Xocai Omega Squares.
Step 7
Stir the banana mixture into the flour mixture; stir just enough to moisten.
Step 8
Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
Step 9
Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean.

Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then turn it out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
