Honey and almond granola

Ingredients

400g rolled oats
120g flaked almonds
100g coconut oil, melted
150g runny honey
1/2 tsp fine sea salt
1/2 tsp all spice
50g skimmed milk powder
1 tsp vanilla essence

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 160c fan, 175c, gas mark 3.

Chuck all the ingredients in a bowl and mix with your hands.

Spread over two lined baking trays.

Bake for 10 minutes then stir the granola. Bake for around another 10 minutes, or until golden. Discard any burnt bits from around the edges.

Allow to cool before storing in an airtight container for up to two weeks.

Serve with ice cold milk.
