- 2 teaspoons Sea kelp
- 1 teaspoon Poultry seasoning
- 2 tablespoons Peanut butter
- 1 cup Ground sunflower seeds
- 2 cups Ground walnuts
- 2 tablespoons Cooking oil
- 4 Eggs
- 2 cups Hot water
- 2 Green onions, minced finely
- 2 cups Rolled oats

Pour the hot water over the rolled oats. Add the rest of the ingredients.

Oil a baking pan and shape the mixture into the form of a turkey, using stalks of celery for the legs and shaping the mixture around them. Use small oblongs of the mixture for wings.

45 minutes
Pat oil over the outside and bake in a moderate oven until done in the middle, likely 45 minutes. Loosen with a spatula and remove to a meat platter. Garnish and serve hot.
