  • 1.0 can mandarin orange segments, drained (11 oz.)
  • 1.0 can whole berry cranberry sauce (16 oz)
  • 1.0 pkt Cranberry Jello (4 oz. size, sugar and fat free)(optional)
  • cup Miracle Whip (light)
  • 2.0 cup Thawed Cool Whip
  • 1.0 pkt lemon Jello (4 oz. size, sugar and fat free)
  • 2.0 cup Boiled water, divided

Instructions

Step 1

at least 2 minutes

Stir 1 cup of the boiling water into lemon gelatin in medium bowl for at least 2 minutes. Set aside to cool.

until almost set

Add lemon gelatin gradually to dressing, mixing until blended. Gently fold in Cool Whip. Pour into greased 1 quart mold. Refrigerate until almost set.

at least 2 minutes or until completely dissolved

Stir remaining 1 cup boiling water into cranberry gelatin in medium bowl at least 2 minutes or until completely dissolved. Gently stir in cranberry sauce until well blended. Stir in oranges. Pour over molded layer.

Refrigerate until firm.

Unmold onto serving plate.

Can be made up to 2 days ahead. Leave in mold, covered, until ready to serve.
