- 1.0 can mandarin orange segments, drained (11 oz.)
- 1.0 can whole berry cranberry sauce (16 oz)
- 1.0 pkt Cranberry Jello (4 oz. size, sugar and fat free)(optional)
- cup Miracle Whip (light)
- 2.0 cup Thawed Cool Whip
- 1.0 pkt lemon Jello (4 oz. size, sugar and fat free)
- 2.0 cup Boiled water, divided
Instructions
Step 1
Stir 1 cup of the boiling water into lemon gelatin in medium bowl for at least 2 minutes. Set aside to cool.
Step 2
Add lemon gelatin gradually to dressing, mixing until blended. Gently fold in Cool Whip. Pour into greased 1 quart mold. Refrigerate until almost set.
Step 3
Stir remaining 1 cup boiling water into cranberry gelatin in medium bowl at least 2 minutes or until completely dissolved. Gently stir in cranberry sauce until well blended. Stir in oranges. Pour over molded layer.
Step 4
Refrigerate until firm.
Step 5
Unmold onto serving plate.
Step 6
Can be made up to 2 days ahead. Leave in mold, covered, until ready to serve.
