  • 3/4 cup Water
  • 5 tablespoons Cornstarch
  • 5 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 can (12oz.) coconut milk

Instructions

Step 1

Pour coconut milk into saucepan.

Combine sugar and cornstarch; stir in water and blend well.

until thickened

Stir sugar mixture into coconut milk; cook and stir over low heat until thickened.

until firm

Pour into 8-inch square pan and chill until firm.

Cut into 2-inch squares.
