  • 1/4 cup Yogurt
  • 1 1/4 cups Water
  • 2 dashes Hing
  • 3 pinches Jeera Powder
  • 1 handful Cilantro(optional)
  • Salt
  • 1 Green Chili

Blend all the ingredients in a blender until thoroughly ground and mixed.

Pour the lassi into a glass and serve.

Garnish with cilantro and a dash of jeera powder, if desired.
