  • 2 count Boneless Chicken Breasts
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 cup Thin Onion Rings
  • 1 cup Green Pepper, Strips
  • 15 ounce Pineapple Chunks, Drained
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup Firmly Packed Brown Sugar

Cut chicken into thin strips.

In a medium bowl, combine brown sugar and cornstarch. Gradually stir in vinegar and soy sauce. Stir in pineapple, green pepper, and onion; set aside. Heat oil in a wok. Add chicken and stir-fry just until tender and the chicken has turned white. Add the pineapple and vegetable mixture; stir until well mixed.

Cover and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes.
