  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Japanese soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 pound shiitake mushroom, washed

Instructions

Step 1

Place shiitake mushrooms and garlic on a large piece of aluminum foil, add Worcestershire and soy sauce, season with salt and freshly ground pepper.

10 minutes

Seal the aluminum foil packet and place on grill for about ten minutes or until the mushrooms are tender.
