  • 1 can drained chick peas
  • 1 squeezed lemon
  • 1 tablespoon tahini sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • red onion(optional)
  • Syrian bread (aka fresh pita bread)(optional)

Instructions

Step 1

Combine chick peas, lemon, tahini, and garlic in a food processor. Blend until smooth.

Spoon the hummus out onto a plate.

Drizzle olive oil on top of the hummus.

Sprinkle paprika on top of the hummus.

Step 5

Serve with chunks of red onion and Syrian bread on the side.
