Roasting Chestnuts
Ingredients
2 lbs. Chestnuts
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400ยบ F

Wash chestnuts and "score" an "x" on the rounded side of the nut
3
Roast for approximately 20 minutes until they begin to peel
4
Wrap in a towel and allow to steam for 10 minutes

Peel
