  • 4-6 boneless pork chops
  • 1-1/2 cups salsa
  • 1 cups chopped Portobello mushrooms
  • 1 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/2 fresh chopped parsley

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Cover the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish with the salsa.

Arrange pork chops on top of salsa.

Chop mushrooms.

In a small bowl, combine chopped mushrooms, shredded cheddar cheese, and maple syrup. Spoon this mixture over the pork chops.

Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes.
