- Lemon wedges

- 1 bunch Chervil
- 1 bunch Tarragon
- 15 pounds Fresh seaweed
- 1 gallon Ocean water
- 24 Jumbo shrimp
- 24 Top Neck Clams
- 8 Red Potatoes, cut in half
- 8 Ears corn
- 4 Lobsters
Instructions
Step 1
Build a fire and heat sandstone rocks (from the beach) or lava rocks. Cover the hot rocks with a layer of fresh seaweed, then place chicken wire on top, and add another layer of seaweed over the wire.
Step 2
Arrange lobsters, red potatoes (cut in half), chervil, and tarragon on the seaweed. Top with clams, corn, and jumbo shrimp. Cover everything with a final layer of seaweed. If the seaweed dries out during cooking, moisten it with ocean water.
Step 3
Serve the clam bake on a large picnic table covered with newspaper. Have a large bowl of melted butter and lemon wedges on the table, along with plenty of napkins.
