Plum Sorbet

Ingredients

2 1/2 cups Plums, peeled and diced
cup Fresh lemon juice
cup Sugar
3 tablespoons Cherry brandy

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.

Pour into a container and freeze for several hours. Remove from the freezer, whip, and freeze again for 2 hours.

Let the mixture stand for 5 minutes to soften slightly before serving.
