- 1 package Chavrie® goat cheese (5.3oz)
- 3 each Seedless cucumber (peeled and cubed)
- 2 each Ripe avocados
- 1/4 cup Unsweetened coconut milk
- 3 each Lime juice
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Tabasco
- 1 tablespoon Ginger minced
- Salt(optional)
- Pepper(optional)

Split the avocado in half, remove the pit and scoop pulp into a blender.

Add cucumber pieces.

Puree until smooth.
