- 3 cups old fashioned oats
- 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoons nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoons salt
- 3/4 cups light brown sugar
- 1/2 cups pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cups creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cups unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 cups honey
- 1 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 cups chocolate chips(optional)
- 1/2 cups dried cherries(optional)
- 1/3 cups chopped walnuts(optional)

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and grease an 8x8 pan.

In a large bowl, combine the oats, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Set aside.

In a separate bowl, mix together the brown sugar, pumpkin puree, peanut butter, applesauce, honey, and vanilla until smooth.

Pour the oat mix (and any additional mix-ins) into the wet mix and fold to evenly coat.

30-40 minutes
Press the mix into an even layer in the pan, and bake until golden brown.

Allow to cool, then flip out of the pan and cut into desired size.

Store wrapped in plastic wrap and ziplock bags for about 1 week.
