- 2 large baked baking potatoes
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- to taste salt and pepper(optional)

Step 1
Peel and thinly slice the baked potatoes. Spray a small oval gratin dish with non-stick cooking spray.

Arrange one of the potatoes in a layer. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and cheese. Repeat with remaining potatoes, salt and pepper, and cheese.

Drizzle cream over the top. Cover tightly with foil.

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Bake for 40 minutes.

10 minutes or until lightly browned
Uncover. Bake for 10 more minutes or until lightly browned.
