  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 small sallots, chopped (or half an onion)
  • cup yogurt (or 1/2 cup sour cream)
  • cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons curry paste (or 1 tablespoon mild curry powder)
  • 2 pounds lean ground beef (or 2 pounds ground turkey)

Instructions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.

Step 2

In a mixing bowl, add the lean ground beef, curry paste, egg, bread crumbs, yogurt, cumin, onion, garlic, red pepper, salt and pepper. Mix.

Drain juice from the meatloaf every 15 minutes.

45 minutes

Bake in the oven for 45 minutes at 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
