- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 pounds macaroni
- 8 ounces salsa
- 8 ounces shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 teaspoons paprika
- dash salt
- 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 16 ounces cottage cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Cook the macaroni according to package directions.

Place cottage cheese and butter in the food processor and process until smooth. Add the salsa, paprika, salt, black pepper, chili powder, and garlic powder, then process briefly to incorporate.

Grease a baking dish with butter. Add the cooked macaroni, the prepared cottage cheese mixture, and the milk. Add half of the shredded Monterey Jack cheese and toss to combine. Top with the remaining shredded cheese.

20-25 minutes
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
