  • 0.5 cup Chocolate chips
  • 1.0 tablespoon Liquid sugar replacement
  • 2.0 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 can 13.0 ounce Skim evaporated milk

Step 1

Combine evaporated milk, cornstarch, sugar replacement, and chocolate chips in a saucepan. Cook and stir until the mixture is thick and chocolate chips are melted. Whip cream cheese until light and fluffy. Beat in the chocolate mixture. Stir in vanilla extract. Turn into a buttered 8-inch square baking dish. Chill until firm. Cut into 1-inch squares. Store in the refrigerator.
