Ice Cream Birthday Cake
Remember to freeze each layer as necessary as you go along. You can also make it in stages over a week (just make sure to wrap it in foil before freezing.

- 3 packages 9 oz Nabisco Famous Chocolate Wafers
- 3 sticks unsalted butter
- 1.75 quart ice cream (any flavor)
- Rainbow Sprinkles(optional)
- Candles(optional)
Instructions
Step 1
Place 1 package of cookies in a CuisineArt and pulse until they are fine crumbs.
Step 2
Transfer cookie crumbs to a bowl.
Step 3
Melt butter and add to the cookie crumbs.
Step 4
Blend well with a spatula.
Step 5
Pour cookie mixture into a Springform pan and press into the bottom and sides of the pan.
Step 6
Freeze for at least 15 minutes.
Step 7
Allow ice cream to soften, or microwave on low power for a very short period until spreadable.
Step 8
Spread the softened ice cream evenly over the cookie base in the pan.
Step 9
Repeat the cookie layer.
Step 10
Then add another ice cream layer.
Step 11
Add the final cookie layer.
Step 12
Decorate the top with sprinkles, M&M's, or other desired toppings.
Step 13
Add candles before freezing for the final time.
