In an increasingly busy world, the importance of gathering as a family over a meal is often overlooked. If sharing the table with friends and family is important to you, it's time to start making meal time more meaningful.

Sharing a meal with loved ones offers many benefits – a family check-in can spark conversation about what's going on in each other's lives and also precious opportunities for families to connect after a busy day. A simple and delicious meal with minimal preparation time can maximize quality time spent at the dinner table. Consider implementing a 'no technology at the table' rule to help make dinner time more meaningful, and keep the focus on the conversation.
