Instructions
Step 1
Blend celery seed, crushed white pepper, ground dry mustard, dried lemon peel, and freshly ground black pepper well.
Step 2
Blend paprika, onion powder, crushed thyme leaf, and garlic powder well.
Step 3
For an All purpose mix, blend paprika, marjoram, dill seed, onion powder, and dried parsley well.
Step 4
For the Fish mix, blend marjoram, thyme, sage, and dry mustard well.
Step 5
For the Potatoes & Veggies mix, blend sage, freshly ground black pepper, onion powder, thyme, savory, dried parsley, dried parsley, mace, basil, garlic powder, and ground red pepper cayenne well.
Step 6
For the Herb mix, blend powdered lemon rind, oregano, dillweed, basil, and garlic powder well.
Step 7
Add a few grains of rice to the Herb mix to prevent caking.
Step 8
Store the Herb mix in a glass salt shaker.
