Papaya-Kiwi Vinaigrette

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper
- 1 tablespoon honey or agave nectar
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/3 cup canola oil
- 1 large ripe papaya, peeled, seeded and diced
- 3 ripe kiwi fruits, peeled and diced

Step 1
In food processor or blender, combine all ingredients and process until smooth. Pour dressing into a serving container. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
