Peanutbutter & Nutella Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

25 grams peanut butter
25 grams nutella
50 grams butter

Preparation

Cream the sugar, peanut butter, nutella and butter together until the mixture is soft and fluffy.

Beat in the egg and put in the chocolate chips and stir them into the mixture with the flour to make a fairly firm dough.

Use a teaspoon to divide the mixture into various pieces and roll each into a ball.

Arrange the balls on a lined baking tray, allowing plenty of room for the biscuits to spread.

Bake the biscuits in a moderate oven (350F/180c.) for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.

Lift the biscuits off the baking trays and place on to wire trays and allow to cool.

About

I've had this massive craving for my mum's peanut butter chocolate chip cookies, however I didn't have enough peanut butter so i used nutella as well to create my own new recipe.
