- 1 kilogram chicken liver
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 3 leaves laurel
- 4 cloves garlic

Step 1
Wash chicken liver carefully and place in a cooking pan.

Add all ingredients except sugar. Bring to boil, stirring occasionally.

Cover the pan.

10 minutes or until cooked
Add sugar and simmer for another 10 minutes or until livers are cooked.
