  • 0.75 cup óleo de canola

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat together until well-combined and smooth.

Pour the batter into a greased baking pan that has been lined with greased parchment paper.

Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for approximately 30 minutes, or until cooked through and a skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.
