  • 1 box Instant mashed potatoes
  • 1 packet Ramen Noodles (any flavor)
  • 1 cup frozen Corn(optional)

Prepare mashed potatoes according to the directions on the box.

Meanwhile, boil water in a separate pot for the Ramen Noodles. Cook the Ramen Noodles until tender.

Drain almost all the water from the cooked Ramen Noodles, reserving some broth. Stir in the flavoring packet.

Warm the frozen corn using a small saucepan or microwave.

Place the prepared mashed potatoes onto a plate.

Top the mashed potatoes with the cooked Ramen Noodles.

Add the warmed corn on top of the Ramen Noodles.

Pour the reserved Ramen noodle broth over the entire dish.
