Red Potato and Dill Salad


2 pounds red potatoes, washed, boiled and cut into desired size
5 hard boiled eggs, cut into desired size
1 onion, diced (or substitute green scallion stalks)
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons fresh dill weed, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste


One: Add all the ingredients together and mix well. The salad can be enjoyed immediately or you can refrigerate it for 2 hours.
