Braised Chicken Thigh 卤鸡腿
Heat up 3 tbsp sesame oil in wok and saute shredded ginger until fragrant.
Add in chicken thigh together with the sauce with extra 2 tbsp dark soy sauce and stir fry until aromatic.
Add in 300ml water, boil and lower heat~cover~simmer for about 25-30 minutes.
Lastly thicken with corn flour water and serve.
