  • 12 tablespoons minced onions
  • 1.5 teaspoons dark sesame oil
  • 6 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 12 tablespoons rice vinegar or cider vinegar
  • 12 tablespoons mirin
  • 6 small carrot peeled and shredded
