- 2 teaspoons Vanilla
- 1 1/3 cup White corn syrup
- 2/3 cup Cold water
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 envelopes Knox gelatin

Step 1
Combine gelatin and water in the top of a double boiler. Stir over boiling water until dissolved. Add sugar and stir until dissolved.

15 minutes
In a large mixing bowl, combine corn syrup with the hot gelatin mixture and beat until thick. Stir in vanilla.

Step 3
Store the marshmallow cream in 1-quart wide-mouth jars in the refrigerator. Spoon out as needed.
