- 1 teaspoon MSG
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 cup peeled shrimp
- 1 pound cubed pork or chicken breast
- 1 cup Chinese peas
- 2 cups julienne sliced cabbage
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1 pkg. Pancit Canton Chinese noodles
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 cup julienne sliced carrots

Step 1
Saute the diced onion and crushed garlic in oil.

Add the cubed pork or chicken breast and peeled shrimp. Cook until done.

Add the Chinese peas, julienne sliced cabbage, diced celery, and julienne sliced carrots. Cook for 3 minutes, ensuring they remain crisp. Stir in the water, soy sauce, and MSG.
