  • 2.66 cup plain yogurt
  • cup heavy cream
  • 2 cup cold, defatted chicken stock
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground roasted cumin seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon very, very finely chopped fresh mint

Beat yogurt lightly in a bowl with a whisk until smooth and creamy.
