- 2.66 cup plain yogurt
- cup heavy cream
- 2 cup cold, defatted chicken stock
- 1/2 teaspoon ground roasted cumin seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- 2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon very, very finely chopped fresh mint
