- 2 envelopes powdered gelatin
- 2 cup water
- 1.5 cup sugar
- 1 bottle champagne
- 1 bottle white wine
- 1 can diced peaches

Spread the gelatin on the water and let it hydrate.

Add the sugar and heat the mixture until the gelatin and the sugar dissolve completely (do not cook the gelatin).

Remove from heat. In a large bowl, add the champagne and the wine to the mixture.

overnight
Let the mixture rest overnight in the refrigerator.

Step 5
Scrape the gelatin with a fork and layer it with the diced peaches in white wine glasses.
