- 2 tomatoes
- 2 green chillies
- 2 onions
- 4 cloves garlic
- 4 curry leaves
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1 tablespoon cumin seeds
- a pinch turmeric powder
- 2 tablespoons sambhar powder
- 2 teaspoons oil

Heat the oil in the wok.

Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds, and let them burst.
