  • 3 tablespoons Nutella/Choc Hazelnut spread
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Hazelnuts
  • 4 square Dark Chocolate
  • 1/3 cup Brown Sugar
  • 3 slice Bread
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 2 egg Eggs

Step 1

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Spread one side of each slice of bread with Nutella and slice into 2cm x 1cm pieces.

Combine milk, chocolate, and 3 tablespoons Nutella in a saucepan over moderate heat until melted and combined.

In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar. Gradually add the hot mixture in a stream while whisking. Stir in the hazelnuts, vanilla, cinnamon, and the bread.

Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and let stand for 5 minutes.

Bake for 25 minutes, or until crisp on top.

Serve warm with ice cream.
