This simple and highly nutritious sorbet is my becoming my new favorite. It is so light and refreshing. My girls quickly devoured it. No more left! Never has a sorbet or ice cream been so easy to make. Now mind you I had very ripe mangos so all I had to do was rinse them off, make a little hole and squeeze them out! I added a bit of honey, blended it up, poured it in the ice cream maker and voila! It was finished. The mango were so sweet that I didn't even need to honey. It really depends on the sweetness of the mangos.

This sorbet is best when eaten right after it is done churning. It gets very hard when frozen, so it is best to let it set out for about 20 minutes before serving to defrost.
