  • 2 Hot Dog Buns
  • 1/2 cup Mixed Vegetables (like Carrot, Beans, Corn, Cauliflower, Babycorn, etc)
  • 1 tablespoon Cottage Cheese (Paneer)
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped Onion
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped Capsicum
  • 1 tablespoon Chilly Sauce
  • 3 tablespoons White Sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chilly flakes
  • 5 tablespoons Butter
  • 6 tablespoons Grated Cheese
  • Pepper powder(optional)
  • Salt(optional)

Instructions

Step 1

Boil the mixed vegetables until half cooked. Drain the water.

Put a pan to heat. Add 1 tablespoon butter, the chopped onion, and chopped capsicum. Sauté both, cut into small pieces.

Now add the boiled vegetables, chilly sauce, white sauce, oregano, and chilly flakes to the pan. Mix well.

Add salt and pepper powder to taste. Remove the pan from heat.

Add small cut cottage cheese to the mixture and mix gently.

Grate the remaining cheese. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

Cut the hot dog buns on top, leaving the sides. Scoop out the inside of the buns.

Apply butter generously all over the inside and outside of the buns.

Put the vegetable filling inside each bun and top generously with the grated cheese.

Place the filled buns in the preheated oven and bake until the cheese melts.
