Ham and Cheese Biscuits

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups Cooked ham, low-sodium, 96%% fat-free, about ½ pound, chopped
1 cup Cheddar cheese, extra-sharp, about 4 ounces, shredded
2 teaspoons Baking powder
1 dsh Cayenne pepper, ground
1 cup Lowfat 1%% milk

Preparation

Coat a medium-size nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium heat until hot. Add ham; saute 3 minutes. Combine ham, flour, and next 3 ingredients in a bowl. Add milk, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened.

Drop batter by heaping tablespoons onto a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake at 400 F for 22 minutes.
