- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 3 tablespoons instant coffee crystals
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons water
- hot sauce or red pepper flakes(optional)

Mix all ingredients together and use as a baste on ribs or food of choice, or place on the table as a condiment.
