- 1 stalk Celery, Diced
- 8 ounce Water Chestnuts, Sliced and Drained
- 1 cup Bean Sprouts
- 8 ounce Mandarin Oranges, Drained
- 8 ounce Pineapple Tidbits, Drained
- Crisp Greens(optional)
- Sunflower Seeds(optional)
- Sesame Seeds(optional)
- Chopped Pecans(optional)

Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the bean sprouts, mandarin oranges, pineapple tidbits, water chestnuts, and diced celery. Toss gently.

In a separate mixing bowl, combine the plain yogurt (or mayonnaise), dried ginger, curry powder, soy sauce, and honey. Mix well until thoroughly combined.

Pour the prepared dressing over the salad mixture in the large bowl and toss gently to coat all ingredients.
