- 4 egg whites
- 2/3 cup sugar

- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 3 cups sweetened coconut flakes
- 1 cup casein free chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup SO Delicious coconut creamer
- 3 teaspoons instant coffee(optional)
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Beat together egg whites, sugar, and salt until very frothy.

Stir in vanilla, coconut flour, and coconut flakes.

Roll the mixture into tablespoon-sized balls and drop onto a well-greased or parchment-lined baking sheet.

Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until tops are golden brown.

Cool.

Place chocolate chips and instant coffee in a medium-sized bowl.

Heat the creamer over medium heat until it reaches a gentle boil.

Pour the warm creamer over the chocolate and coffee, then whisk until smooth.
