  • 1 breast chicken breast, diced
  • coconut oil
  • 25 grapes grapes, halved
  • 1/2 apple gala apple, diced
  • 1 stalk celery, diced
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk, from a can shaken and at room temperature
  • salt

Instructions

Step 1

Saute the diced chicken breast in coconut oil until cooked.

Step 2

Wait for the chicken to cool then add it to the halved grapes, diced apple, and diced celery in a large bowl. Add in the coconut milk and salt to taste.

Toss well.
