- 1 breast chicken breast, diced
- coconut oil
- 25 grapes grapes, halved
- 1/2 apple gala apple, diced
- 1 stalk celery, diced
- 1/4 cup coconut milk, from a can shaken and at room temperature
- salt

Step 1
Saute the diced chicken breast in coconut oil until cooked.

Wait for the chicken to cool then add it to the halved grapes, diced apple, and diced celery in a large bowl. Add in the coconut milk and salt to taste.
